国内最大直径地铁隧道穿越长江

  科技日报讯 (记者矫阳)8月9日,我国目前最大直径地铁隧道,即武汉地铁8号线隧道成功穿越长江。承担掘进的“楚天号”盾构机在此次越江掘进中,共更换刀具千余把,在世界上首次采用常压下盾构滚刀、齿刀互换技术。

  “楚天号”长129米,重约3000吨。其中刀盘重约370吨,共有刀具215把,分为滚刀、齿刀、刮刀、先行刀、中心刀等类型,在掘进时对地层进行“磨、切、削”。

  武汉地铁8号线越江区间全长3186米,开挖直径12.5米,相当于四层楼高;隧道最大埋深59米,为确保高水压下不渗漏,在国内盾构隧道中首次采用双层衬砌工艺。

  隧道穿越强透水、上软下硬复合地层1365米,其中弱胶结砾岩750米,中等胶结砾岩430米,岩层硬度最高达40多兆帕,镶嵌硬度最高达135兆帕。这种岩石异常坚硬,用普通锤子根本锤不动,如何穿越,是世界级难题。

  为攻克难关,业主方武汉地铁集团、施工方中铁十四局大力开展技术创新:以中国工程院院士钱七虎为组长的专家组,指导制定施工方案,经过40余次实验,为盾构施工配置最佳泥浆;采用地层稳固剂等新材料,同步填充地层空隙,有效控制沉降;自主研发球齿滚刀等新型刀具,首创水刀切割、中心分时冲刷、化学分解等新技术处理泥饼。

  据悉,武汉地铁8号线长江隧道预计年底建成通车,届时乘坐地铁只要4分钟就可轻松跨越长江天险。
